We've made it back from Chicago, and boy do we have some stories to tell you about American Airlines. They won't want to hear it, because the truth often hurts.
Just a quick hullo to our new mates from flight 4471, hailing from Wales, England, and Wisconsin. We hope you're having a lovely holiday. And, yes, we finally got all our bags. They sent them to the house. The twins have already got a 4 hour nap each under their belts so we're hoping for another good long sleep tonight. Heaven knows we need an uneventful night.
